A magical moment unfolded as Kelly and Tyler chose the breathtaking Lake Tahoe Mountains for their Alpine Meadows engagement. This stunning setting combines natural beauty with a sense of adventure that makes it perfect for couples looking to capture their love story.

The Proposal

It was a total surprise! Kelly made plans to grab a drink with her brother on St. Patrick’s Day.  Little did she know that it was a set up by Tyler to surprise her at their first date spot on the beach!! They walked to the Venice Whaler and grabbed to-go margaritas while “waiting for Kelly’s brother”. Wanting to catch the sunset, Tyler and Kelly walked out to the beach just on the edge of the water. Tyler began talking about their first date… the first time he said “I love you”… first days living together with their cats. Kelly kept adding to the conversation, unaware he was about to propose. When she hugged Tyler and said, “you’re being so nice! Are we having a cute moment?” it was her cluelessness at its best.

That’s when Tyler pulled out the ring, knelt down, and asked Kelly to marry him. What a cute moment!

Just then, they heard cheers from the pier above. Tyler had invited their parents and Kelly’s brother to share in the joy! After the proposal, Tyler had arranged a cozy pop-up lounge on the beach for everyone to toast with champagne and celebrate. Their families are very important to the couple, making this a memorable evening on the beach that they’ll cherish forever.
